•  A Degree in Textiles Technology from any recognized University or College Institute, or a Diploma in Powerloom Technology from any Institute affiliated with the Government.
• 06 (six) years of practical experience in a responsible position in any Government Department or undertaking or reputed commercial concern dealing with the Powerloom and Textile Industry.
• Knowledge of Bengali or Nepali— speaking and writing.
