Qualification for High Court of Orissa Recruitment 2023–
(a) Officers, in the cadre of District Judge, who has retired on attaining the age of superannuation or voluntary retirement, subject to fitness and suitability.
(b) Officers retired in the Cadre of District Judge must not be above the age of 70 years as of the date of advertisement,
(c) Officers, who have been dismissed, removed, compulsorily retired from service, or had sought voluntary retirement after initiation of departmental inquiry against them shall not be eligible to be considered for such an appointment.
