Qualification for DOT Recruitment 2023–

• For consultant in AD Level —Retired AD or Retired from CDA Scale with a substantive grade (Level 8 of the 7th CPC or equivalent) or holding the analogous post from Government/PSU/Research Organizations.
• Preference will be given to applicants from DoT/BSNL/MTNL backgrounds. However, Retired persons from BSNL/MTNL under VRS-2019 are not eligible to apply.
