Qualification for BOM Recruitment 2022–

• First Class Engineering Graduate or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institution.
• Post-Graduation in IT/Computer / IT-related areas or higher qualifications in areas relevant to the role will be given preference.
• First Class Engineering Graduate / MCA in Computer Science / Information Technology and MBA or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institution.
• Certification/s in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Cloud Computing / Digital Banking / Digital Lending / Product Management / Analytics will be preferred.
• Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals or
• Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute;
• Two years experience as CRO in such regulated lender(s) in respect of which there is a regulatory requirement of appointing CRO with Board Approval
