• The member referred to above shall not be in employment by the distribution licensee (APDCL) or any of its agencies, in any capacity, for a period preceding (3) three years from the date of being appointed as a member of the Forum.
• Such members should have good antecedents and they should not have any outstanding dues of electricity/ cases pending with the distribution licensee (APDCL) during the time of appointment.
• It is desirable that the members of CGRF are well conversant with the official language of the State.
