Qualification for UPSC Recruitment 2023–

• Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant Chartered Financial Analyst or Master of Business Administration (Finance) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management(Finance) or Company Secretary from a recognized university or institute.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with Kannada as a major subject.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognized University or Institute.
• A recognized MBBS degree qualification is included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
• Post-graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned Speciality of Super-speciality mentioned in Section-A or Section-B in Schedule VI i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Radio-diagnosis); or Doctor of Medicine (Radiology); or Master of Surgery(Radiology); or Diplomate National Board (Radiodiagnosis/Radiology); or Diploma in Medical Radio Diagnosis (DMRD) or equivalent diploma.
