UPSC Mains Exam Answers Writing: The second phase of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is the main examination. In which candidates have to answer in writing.

To write answers in UPSC Mains exam one has to express one’s thoughts effectively. It is important to write practical answers in the main examination. Let us know in detail what things should be kept in mind while writing an answer.

– First of all, read the questions carefully and then prepare an outline for writing the answers in your mind. When you start writing the answer, its introduction should have at least 3 to 5 lines. The introduction may contain basic information about the topic. It is important to keep in mind not to write the introduction in one line.

– Second part of the answer, in which UPSC candidates call the body. In this, candidates will have to write in detail about the answer. The best way to write the body of the answer is to divide the main part of the answer into bullets or paragraphs. Discuss both the positive and negative aspects of the answer and you can even make a table to separate aspects of the answer.

Along with this, you can also make diagrams or flowcharts in the answers, as it can increase your score. Use it wisely and only where it is needed. Along with this, you can also write about the facts from authentic government sources related to the questions asked in the answers. This will strengthen your answer.
