UPRTOU Admission 2023: Admission has been taken in five new courses in the July session of Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University. 182 candidates have taken admission in MA in Ancient History and Archaeology. At the same time, studies for Diploma in Disaster Management, Certificate in Disaster Management, Diploma in Rituals and Simple Sanskrit Teaching Certificate have started. 123 courses are being offered in the current session. Maximum 69350 candidates have taken admission in all these courses. Whereas in the last July session, 65 thousand candidates had taken admission in different courses.
Admission in-charge of Open University, Prof. According to JP Yadav, for the first time since its establishment in the academic session 2023-24 of the Open University, the maximum number of admissions has been 69350. 32580 students have taken admission in various courses of July session. 123 courses are being run in the Open University. Admissions were taken at 12 regional study centers and 1400 study centers of the state.
Agreement between Rajarshi Tandon and Rambhadracharya University
Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University Prayagraj and Jagatguru Rambhadracharya Divyang State University, Chitrakoot will work together in the field of education. An MoU was signed between the two universities.

Pro. Seema Singh said that the students of the Open University will get the benefit of the specialties of Jagatguru Rambhadracharya Divyang State University in the field of special education. Which will prove to be very beneficial in their career advancement. He said that the objective of the university is to develop the potential of the learners. Dr. Dinesh Singh, Officer on Special Duty to the Vice Chancellor, said that since the university’s jurisdiction is entire Uttar Pradesh, the university is continuously making efforts to provide employment-oriented education to the students of the entire state.
