UPPSC Exam Paper Leak: Lucknow STF on Friday exposed the gang that leaked the paper of RO-ARO recruitment exam. Dismissed constable Arun Singh and his associate Saurabh Shukla were arrested by Lucknow STF from Manjhanpur in Kaushambi and sent to jail. RO-ARO exam paper, mobile, car and Rs 14 thousand have been recovered from them. Many people in this gang including Ajay Sharma, who got the papers out, Dr. Sharad Singh, who was accused in the Vyapam scam, have been wanted by the STF. They have links with the Solver gang caught in Kaushambi on 15th February.

Public Service Commission had conducted the preliminary examination of Review Officer-Assistant Review Officer (RO-ARO) on February 11 in two shifts. Even before the exam started, the paper was leaked and went viral on social media. After the cancellation of the examination, the Secretary of the Public Service Commission had lodged an FIR in the Civil Lines police station of Prayagraj. Lucknow STF was investigating this case on the orders of the government.

CO STF Lal Pratap Singh’s team on Friday arrested dismissed constable from UP Police Arun Kumar Singh resident of Khargapur, Lucknow (original address village Gopalpur, Pratapgarh) and Saurabh Shukla resident of Ashiana Lucknow (original address Maheshganj, Pratapgarh) in this case. .
The arrested dismissed constable Arun told the STF that Ajay Sharma had sent him the paper on WhatsApp on the morning of 11th February, even before the start of the RO-ARO examination. After this, Arun sent the solved question paper to many people through WhatsApp and earned lakhs of rupees. His involvement has also come to light in the paper leak case of police recruitment examination. Police are now conducting raids in search of Ajay Sharma and others.
