UPPSC RO ARO Exam: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has made partial modification in the addresses of two examination centers before the RO ARO Recruitment Examination 2023. According to the notice issued by the Commission, the addresses of one examination center each in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida) and Sultanpur have been corrected. The exam center of the candidates with roll number 0492042 to 0540256 was earlier at this address in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida) district – Examination Sub Center Code- 27/038 Government Inter College, Address U-1, Sector 12, Plot No. 4, Tech Zone 4. , Greater Noida West, Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida). The Commission has said that candidates should now read this address like this – Examination Subcentre Code- 27/038, Government Inter College, Address Block U, Sector 12, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida).
Whereas the exam center of the candidates with roll number 0873319 to 0895467 was earlier at this address in Sultanpur district – Examination sub-centre code- 69/046 Dhanwa Devi Badriprasad Memorial PG College, Kudwar, Near Water Tank, Sultanpur. The Commission has said that candidates should now read this address like this – Examination Subcentre Code – 69/046 Dharma Devi Badriprasad Memorial PG College, Kudwar, Near Water Tank, Sultanpur.
Apart from this, UPPSC has also said that all the candidates should ensure to reach one hour before the commencement of the examination. UP RO ARO recruitment exam will be held on February 11 at various centers in 58 districts of the state. The Commission has said that the candidates will have to bring two photographs and original ID proof and its photocopy along with the admit card. UP RO ARO exam will be held in two shifts from 9.30 am to 11.30 am and 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm. A record breaking 1069725 candidates have applied for this examination. This time 2603 candidates have staked claim for one post. The Commission had issued advertisement for recruitment to 411 posts of RO/ARO on 9 October 2023.
The Commission has decided the examination centres. After the final list of centers has been released, officers have now started preparations. Static and sector magistrates and supervisors will be appointed at the centres, their announcement will be made in the first week of February. Section 144 will be implemented around the centers on the day of examination. Candidates will be given entry into the centers after intensive search. Security agencies have also become alert regarding the examination. The examination at the centers will be completely under the surveillance of CCTV cameras.
Out of 334 posts of Review Officer, 322 are in Uttar Pradesh Secretariat, nine in Public Service Commission and three posts in Revenue Council. On the basis of preliminary examination, candidates 15 times the number of vacancies will be declared successful for admission to the main examination.
