After canceling the UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam due to paper leak, the Yogi government has also taken two big decisions regarding the RO ARO exam. Now the complaints related to paper leak of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Review Officer / Assistant Review Officer Preliminary Examination 2023 will be investigated at the government level. The Personnel Department of UP Government has given this information by issuing a notice. Under the second decision, the department has said that candidates can send any complaint related to the examination along with proofs to the department’s email ID secyappoint@nic.in by 27th February. That is, like the constable recruitment examination, evidence has been sought from the candidates in this also.

The department said in the notice, ‘In view of the facts and complaints brought to the notice of the government regarding the RO ARO examination 2023 conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission on February 11, this decision has been taken for the purpose of purity and transparency of the examination. That the complaints received regarding the examination should be examined at the government level. It is informed to all the general public that if they want to bring to their notice any kind of complaint regarding this examination or facts affecting its sanctity, then they can send their name and full address along with evidence to the email ID of the personnel and recruitment department at secyaappoint. Can be made available on @nic.in till 27th February.

The protest of competing students had been going on for several days alleging paper leak in the UPPSC RO ARO Recruitment Exam 2023. The paper leak controversy was gaining momentum day by day. Late on Friday night, Chairman Sanjay stood in front of the gate of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission to meet Srinetra. Contesting students say that evidence is being sent to the Commission on email. Many contestants have emailed with affidavits. The competing students are also ready to provide hardcopy of the evidence along with the affidavit. The Commission has all the resources available for investigation, so why is the Commission delaying in taking a decision regarding cancellation of the examination. The students said that until any decision is taken on this, their agitation will continue.

The controversy of paper leak in the Review Officer (RO)/Assistant Review Officer (ARO) Preliminary Examination-2023 of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission is gaining momentum day by day. The angry youth had closed all the gates of the Commission and forced the Commission members including Chairman Sanjay Srinetra and all the officers and employees to be held hostage. The students were adamant on their demand for cancellation of the examination and re-examination. On the other hand, former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and Congress National General Secretary Priyank Gandhi had supported the competitive students’ movement by tweeting on Twitter.
