UPP UP Police Constable Exam: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has sought evidence from the candidates of UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam on the allegations of paper leaking. UP Police Recruitment Board has issued a notice saying that if any candidate has any evidence regarding the paper leak of the constable recruitment examination held on 17th and 18th February or the question papers going viral on social media, then he/she should send them to the recruitment board. Email can be sent to board@uppbpb.gov.in by 6 pm on 23 February 2024. It is noteworthy that lakhs of candidates of UP Police Constable Recruitment Examination have alleged that the paper has been leaked and have demanded to cancel the exam and conduct it again. For this, candidates are protesting in various districts. Giving memorandum of their demands to MLAs and DM. Candidates say that the papers of UP Police constable recruitment examination have been leaked on a large scale, even before the examination, it had reached people’s telegram and WhatsApp groups.

The Recruitment Board said in the notice, ‘Regarding the constable recruitment examination held on 17 and 18 February 2024, news of information regarding some question papers going viral is being published on various social media platforms and print media. In this sequence, representations are being submitted by the candidates in various districts. All the general public and candidates are informed that if they have to submit any representation in this matter, then they should send their representation along with relevant proofs and evidence, mentioning name, address, mobile number and Aadhaar number, to the email ID board@uppbpb.gov.in. But make sure to send it by 6 pm on 23rd February, so that after examining the representation and evidence, a decision can be taken and further action can be taken in the interest of the candidates.

25 accused including solver arrested
Police have arrested 25 accused including solver in UP Police Constable Recruitment Examination. Many of these solvers had come to take the exam in place of others. About 48 lakh applications were received for recruitment to 60 thousand posts of UP Police Constable. About 43 lakhs appeared in the exam. Those who qualify the written examination will have to appear in the physical test.
