The cameras of the Command and Control Room installed in the UP Board have kept an eye on more than eight thousand examination centers across the state. Within the last two days, CCTV cameras scanned various examination centers in 61 districts. During this period, 168 centers were found offline. The officers monitoring from the control room have identified maximum deficiencies in 15 centers in Ghazipur and 13 in Jaunpur. Irregularities were found in eight centers in Prayagraj also. The CCTV cameras and DVRs of the strong rooms of all these centers were offline.

CCTVs at many places were not found up to standard. Secretary Dibyakant Shukla has given instructions to take action against the center administrators if the activities of the strong room are not visible. On the instructions of Board Secretary Dibyakant Shukla, officers of all 75 districts have issued a letter to 70 DIOS asking them to remain alert and take action against the center administrators of these centres.

Officials say that any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in the UP Board exams. There are many subject exams to be conducted which have to be conducted with complete accuracy.
