Download UP Board Admit Card 2024: UP Board has released the admit cards for 10th and 12th examination. Students can collect their admit cards from the class teacher or school principal by going to school. Schools can download the UPMSP Exam Admit Card 2024 from the official website of the board, upmsp.edu.in. Students will not be able to download the admit card on their own. Students should read the UP Board exam dates, name, exam time and guidelines properly in the admit card. UP Board 10th and 12th examination will be conducted from 22 February to 9 March 2024.
60 candidates in one room and three room invigilators
Preparations for UP Board Exam are going on at a fast pace. Secretary Dibyakant Shukla has instructed the district school inspectors to appoint room inspectors in each room for high school and intermediate examinations on the basis of the number of candidates. At the examination centres, two room invigilators will be appointed in each room for up to 40 candidates and three room invigilators will be appointed for 41 to 60 candidates. All center administrators will send the date-wise, subject-wise and class-wise numbers of candidates of their center to the concerned District School Inspector before the commencement of the examination. 50 percent of the room invigilators at the examination center will be kept from outside. On the day of examination of the subject, the teacher of that subject will not be assigned the duty of being a room invigilator and invigilator in that shift.
Teachers of schools running under the same management system will not be assigned the duty of room invigilator at the designated examination centers. If room inspectors are not available as per the requirement of the Centre, then in the order of priority, teachers of secondary schools, then upper primary schools and finally primary schools will be appointed as room inspectors.
Such room invigilators whose children and relatives are taking the examination will not be eligible for the work of room invigilation at the center where they are appearing. In the council examinations, those whose duty will be assigned as center administrator, external center administrator, room invigilator, if they are reluctant to discharge their responsibilities or are deliberately absent, then they will be considered absent from duty in public interest and disciplinary action will be taken against them.
Room invigilator will make candidates fill OMR
Room invigilators must read and follow all the necessary guidelines mentioned in the instruction manual for center administrators regarding the use of OMR sheets used in high schools. It will be the responsibility of the room invigilator to make the candidates aware of these instructions in the examination hall, so that they do not make any mistakes in filling the OMR sheet.
Intelligence will keep an eye on suspicious centers in UP Board Exam: Chief Secretary
Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra said that during the UP Board exams, sensitive and highly sensitive centers should be monitored through LIU. Immediate action should be taken on reporting irregularities. He said that conducting cheating-free examinations has become the brand of the state and this equity has to be maintained. Considering past experiences, error-free arrangements should be ensured.
The Chief Secretary gave this instruction during video conferencing with Divisional Commissioners and District Magistrates on Wednesday. He said that high school and intermediate examinations will run from February 22 to March 9. To curb copying, other necessary measures should be taken including implementation of Section 144 as per need.
The appointment and training of Sector Magistrates and Static Magistrates should be done on time. Armed forces should be deployed to protect the strong room. Action should be taken under cognizable offense against those who obstruct the examination work. Strict action should be taken against persons involved in unfair printing or publication and spreading rumors on social media etc. After the completion of the examination, the answer sheets should be sent from the examination centers to the collection centers under police protection.
He said that three days before the question papers reach the examination centres, a secure room separate from the Principal’s room will be made a strong room. This should be monitored through CCTV cameras 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The work of opening, locking and sealing the strong room and the double lock cupboard kept in it should be done in the presence of the Static Magistrate, Center Administrator and External Center Administrator. During the examination period, uninterrupted power supply, cleanliness around the examination centres, arrangements for first aid etc. will be ensured.
He expressed his displeasure over the non-completion of the process of selection of Anganwadi assistants as Anganwadi workers. He said that the work of developing one Anganwadi center in each block as a learning lab should be completed soon. In the second phase, the target has been set to rejuvenate Anganwadi centers by 31st March.
