UP Police Constable New Exam date: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has termed as fake the notice going viral on social media in which it is being claimed that the re-exam of UP Police Constable Recruitment will be held on 20 and 21 June 2024. . UP Police Recruitment Board (UPBPB or UPPRPB) said, ‘Fake letter is being made viral regarding the written examination of Reserve Recruitment-23. No such letter/information has been issued by the Board. Information related to the examination will be published along with the release on the board’s website upbpb.gov.in and official X handle @upprpb.

It is noteworthy that the examination for 60,244 posts of constable in UP Police was cancelled. In this, 48 ​​lakh youth had applied, out of which 43 lakh had participated. Now these candidates of UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam are waiting for the re-exam date. CM Yogi has ordered to conduct this examination again in six months. There will be free travel facility in Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation for all the candidates in UP Police Constable Recruitment Re-Exam. During the examination, they will be able to travel free in roadways buses by showing the admit card. No fee will be charged from them.

Four accused arrested for leaking police recruitment exam paper
Etawah Police, SOG, Surveillance Cell, STF Gorakhpur, in a joint action, on Wednesday arrested four accused of leaking the police recruitment examination paper. The joint team has recovered mark sheets, admit cards, blank cheques, mobile phones and laptops of the candidates from them. Three of the accused are from Deoria district while another is a resident of Howrah district of West Bengal.

The examination was held on February 17-18 in two shifts at 2385 centers in all 75 districts of the state. Those who violated the confidentiality of the examination were already on the radar of STF. The district police and STF together arrested more than 300 solver gang and copycat accused across the state.

1500 complaints of paper leak reached the board
1500 complaints were received regarding paper leaking. The Recruitment Board had asked the candidates to submit their representation along with evidence and proof through e-mail. Apart from the complaints received through e-mail, a seven-member delegation of candidates had given a memorandum to the officials of the Recruitment Board on Friday.
