UP Board 10th, 12th Exam 2024: Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (UP Board) has taken an important initiative in view of the exam stress among the students. To provide psychological support to the students appearing for the board exams, the Psychology School has started a helpdesk. Any student or parent can call the toll-free helpline number 1800-180-5311 and get solution to their problem. Director of the institute, Usha Chandra said that those students appearing for class 10th and 12th exams who are afraid of the exam. There should be pressure on them to get good marks. If you are facing difficulty in remembering technical names etc. in Mathematics, English or other subjects, then you can get help from this toll free number. Parents or students can also call to get advice on how much to study at the time of examination, how to prepare a timetable, how to increase self-confidence, what to do to get over anxiety or frustration.

The examination will run from 22 February to 9 March 2024:
UP Board 10th and 12th examinations will start about 12 days from today. UP Board High School and Intermediate examinations will run from 22 February 2024 to 9 March 2024. According to the time table released by the Council of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh, the first paper of class 10th will be of Hindi. The next paper will be of Mathematics which will be held after 5 days. The examination will be held in two shifts. The first shift exam will be from 8.30 am to 11.45 am and from 2 pm to 5.15 pm. This time a total of 2954034 students will appear for the 10th exam. Let us tell you that this time also more than 55 lakh students are likely to participate in the 10th and 12th annual examination of UP Board. Last year, due to the strictness, around 4 lakh students had missed the examinations.

Exam will start half an hour late:
Keeping in mind the convenience of the students, the board has also made some changes in the timing of the examination. This year the examination will start half an hour late in the morning shift. In earlier years the morning examination was held from 8 to 11:15 am. But this time the first shift exam will be held from 8:30 am to 11:45 am. Actually, centers for board examination are made within a radius of 12 kilometers only. To give children a chance to reach the examination center on time, the board has given an additional margin of half an hour in the morning.
