SSC Delhi Police CAPF SI Vacancy: Staff Selection Commission has made two important changes in the notification of Delhi Police and CAPF Sub Inspector Recruitment Examination 2024 (SSC CPO 2024). These changes are related to the age limit and EWS certificate required to apply for recruitment. SSC has said that the age limit in CPO recruitment will now be calculated from August 1, 2024. Whereas in the original notification it was said that the age would be calculated from August 1, 2023. It has been said in the new notice that candidates in the age group of 18-25 years can apply for this recruitment. Candidates who were born not before 02 August 1999 and not after 1 August 2004 are eligible to apply.

Under the second change, SSC has said that now the candidates seeking reservation under EWS category will have to show a certificate valid for 2023-2024 on the basis of income for the financial year 2022-2023. Whereas in the original notification it was said that the candidates will have to show a certificate valid for 2024-2025 based on the income of the financial year 2023-2024.

Apart from this, SSC has also said that in the notification, the address of the website of the Commission has been given as ssc.nic.in, now candidates should read it as ssc.gov.in.

Let us tell you that the application process is going on for recruitment to 4187 posts of SSC Delhi Police and CAPF Sub Inspector. You can apply for this till 28 March 2024. The application fee for this recruitment has been fixed at Rs 100. Women and SC, ST candidates will not have to pay fee.

Eligibility for application- Candidates must be graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or any other higher education institution.

Paper – I:

General Intelligence & Reasoning-50 Marks 50 Questions- Total 2 Hours
II General Knowledge & General Awareness 50 Marks 50 Questions
III Quantitative Aptitude 50 Marks 50 Questions
IV English Comprehension 50 Marks 50 Questions

Paper-II:
English Language and Comprehension-200 questions, 200 marks, 2 hours
12.2 Questions in both the papers will be multiple choice.
Questions in Part-I, II and III of Paper-I will be set in Hindi and English.
There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
