SBI CBO Recruitment 2023: State Bank of India has announced bumper recruitment for the posts of Circle Based Officer (CBO). There will be recruitment on a total of 5280 posts of CBO in SBI. 787 posts of SC, 388 of ST, 1421 of OBC, 527 of EWS are reserved. The unreserved posts are 2157. The application process for these posts will start from 22 November 2023. Interested candidates can apply by visiting sbi.co.in or sbi.co.in/careers. Last date of application is 12 December 2023. The examination will be held in January 2024. Admit cards will also be issued in January only.
Ability
Graduation from any discipline. The candidate should have at least two years of experience as an officer in a commercial bank or regional rural bank.
Age Range
21 to 30 years. That means the candidate must not have been born after 31 October 2002 and before 1 November 1993. SC and ST categories will be given five years relaxation in the maximum age limit and OBC will be given three years relaxation.
salary
Basic pay will start from Rs 36,000/-. (36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840), DA, HRA, CCA, medical and other allowances also.
selection
Online written test, screening, interview.
exam pattern
There will be two sections in the online written examination. Objective and descriptive. In the objective paper of 2 hours, 120 questions (English, Banking, General Awareness, Computer Aptitude) of 120 marks will be asked. Whereas in Descriptive, test of English writing (letter writing and essay) will be taken. This section will be of 50 marks for which 30 minutes will be given.

Candidates will have to qualify both Online Test and Interview separately. The marks obtained in both Objective Test and Descriptive Test in Online Test will be added to the marks obtained in Interview to prepare the final merit list. test and interview
