PRSU Semester Exam 2023: Prof. In the academic session 2023-24 of Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) State University, odd semester examinations of undergraduate and postgraduate (except B.Ed and LLB) are proposed from 28th November. This time, students caught cheating will be debarred for at least one semester. Earlier the examinations were held annually. This time it is being organized semester wise. Along with this, higher penalties including debarment action of maximum three years will also be imposed on the colleges involved in mass copying.
5.25 lakh students of 691 colleges of the division (Prayagraj, Pratapgarh, Kaushambi and Fatehpur) will appear in the examination. The university will soon release the list of centers for the examination. Preparations are on to conduct the examination at 175 centers in the division. CCTV cameras have been made mandatory in all centres. Vice Chancellor Prof. Akhilesh Kumar Singh said that a control room has also been established in the main campus of the university. All colleges will have to keep their CCTV cameras active and connected to the control room of the university during the examination. Action will be taken if CCTV is switched off.
PRSU has recently changed its examination and evaluation rules. According to the new rules, candidates who score 35 marks instead of 33 in the exam will be qualified.
The Vice Chancellor informed that the odd semester examinations of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional courses (except LLB and B.Ed) of the academic session 2023-24 will be held from November 28 to December 23 in two shifts (10 to 12 in the morning and 02 to 04 in the afternoon). ) will be completed. Colleges will have to compulsorily conduct practical and oral examinations for the courses for which semester examinations will be conducted between 16th and 25th November.
