MP SET Result: MPPSC MP SET Result declared Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission set result

MPPSC MP SET Result 2023: Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission has released the result of MP SET exam. The Commission has started the results with the release of results for three subjects. At present, only the results of Commerce, Home Science and Library and Information Science have been released. The Commission has said that the results of the remaining 31 subjects will be released later. MP SET exam was conducted for 34 subjects. Candidates can check the result by visiting mppsc.mp.gov.in. The Commission has also released the subject wise and category wise cutoff along with the roll numbers of the candidates for three subjects.

It has been said in the notice that 87 percent exam results have been prepared as per the new instructions of UGC and as per the reservation policy of MP government. The examination results for 13 percent unreserved and other backward classes (non-cream layer) have been prepared provisionally and kept on hold. The remaining 13 percent OBC, or 13 percent unreserved category, will be declared after the final decision of the ongoing court case.

The SET examination was conducted on 27 August 2023 in compulsory question paper (first) and all 34 optional subjects (question paper second). In the said set examination, 6 percent of the candidates who have qualified in both subject wise and category wise question papers together and such candidates who have got the same marks as the last selected candidates category wise, have been included in the merit list of the State Eligibility Test.

If the cutoff of any category and the cutoff of women category of the same category are same then cutoff marks are given for both. The examination of 6 candidates of UFM has been canceled by the Commission.
