Lalit Narayan Mithila University has started the enrollment process for two-year B.Ed. The university has announced the probable schedule for conducting the entrance examination (CET) on Thursday. CET-B.Ed is likely to be conducted on May 30. The application process for this will start from April 9.
State Nodal Officer of CET-B.Ed. Prof. Ashok Kumar Mehta said that candidates will be able to submit applications through online mode with prescribed fee from April 9 to May 4. Candidates will have to deposit the prescribed application fee from Raj Bhavan, which is the same as last year. There has been no increase in fees this time. A fee of Rs 1000 will have to be deposited for general category, Rs 750 for EWS, Women, BC and EBC and Rs 500 for SC-ST candidates.

Applications will be submitted online from May 5 to May 11 with late fees. Candidates will be able to correct any errors in the online application from May 5 to 11. Candidates will be able to download the admit card from May 21. The proposed date of entrance examination is 30th May. Pro. Mehta said that entrance examination will be organized to complete the process of enrollment in two-year B.Ed in the institutions of 13 universities of the state.

These include Patna University, BN Mandal University, LNM University, MMH University, Munger University, Patliputra University, Purnia University, TMB University, VKS University, BRA Bihar University, Aryabhatta Gyan University, JP University, and Magadh University. Vice Chancellor of LNMI, Prof. Sanjay Kumar Choudhary said that the Governor-cum-Chancellor has increased the prestige of LNMI by designating it as the nodal university for the fifth consecutive time.
