Rojgar Mela 2024: In the Skill Mahotsav Rojgar Mela on Saturday, companies confirmed the selection of 2748 candidates in the final and preliminary list for the posts of Delivery Boy, Sales Operator, Nursing, Field Officer, Sales Manager, Machine Operator, Domestic Help and other posts. The youth jumped with joy as soon as they received the offer of job and training. About 8500 youth arrived on the first day of the two-day Skills Mahotsav organized by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) at the playground of Lucknow University. Of these, 5541 were registered. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak will participate in the Skill Mahotsav on Sunday.

Rojgar Mela coordinator and senior BJP leader Neeraj Singh said that the Skill Mahotsav has brought employment opportunities for unemployed youth. Youth will become self-reliant by getting jobs. He told that in the fair, stalls of about 100 companies from 20 sectors including marketing, health, sales, management, airlines have been set up. Recruitment is to be done on more than 20 thousand posts. More than five thousand youth were provided employment in the last employment fair. Neeraj Singh congratulated Barabanki resident Divyang Deepak Yadav for getting packaging work in Gurgaon, Asma Bano for getting job offer in Lulu Mall and Radhna Devi for getting job offer in call centre. He visited the stalls of the companies and talked to their representatives and discussed about providing maximum employment to the youth. Dozens of disabled people got job offers.
