Indian Army Firearms Notification 2024: Official notification for Agniveer Recruitment 2024 in Indian Army can be released any time now. Once released, candidates will be able to download the notification from the official website join Indianarmy.nic.in.

Indian Army is expected to announce 25,000 vacancies for Agniveer posts. However, the exact number of vacancies for each category will be known only after the release of the notification. It is expected that the official notification for Agniveer Recruitment 2024 may be released on January 17.
To apply for Agniveer Recruitment in Indian Army, the minimum age of the candidates should be between 17.5 to 23 years. Whereas reserved category candidates are expected to get relaxation in upper age as per the rules of Government of India.
Know – Educational Qualification
General Duty (GD): Candidate must have passed class 10th from any recognized institute.
Technical: The candidate must have passed class 12th from any recognized institute in Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
Technical Aviation and Ammunition Examiner: Intermediate i.e. 12th class pass and ITI trade certificate.
Store Keeper (Technical): Must have passed class 12th with 60% marks in any stream.

Candidates should note that it is necessary to be physically fit to join the Indian Army as Agniveer. Talking about physical eligibility, for General Duty, Technical and Tradesman posts, height should be 170 cm and for Clerk Storekeeper, height should be 162 cm. Along with this, the width of the chest should be 77 centimeters and its expansion should be at least 5 centimeters. This rule is for male candidates.
In the Physical Efficiency Test, the candidate will have to run 1.6 km in 5 minutes and 30 seconds. Apart from this, they will also have to do 10 pull-ups, 9 feet jump and zig-zag balancing. After clearing all these stages, candidates are given marks.
