• 2nd Class M.Sc. Horticulture from a recognized university;
• Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or Higher Education;
• B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.) with Horticulture including Floriculture, Promiculture, Olericulture, or Sericulture as one of the subjects. OR B.Sc. Horticulture;
• Five years of practical experience in Horticulture development work;
• Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or 10+2/B.A/M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
