Patna High Court heard the case of cancellation of the result declared for appointment to the post of Computer Science teacher. The court sought a reply from the state government BPSC. Both were ordered to file counter affidavits within four weeks and answer the questions raised in the petition. A single bench of Justice Anjani Kumar Sharan heard the application filed by Brajesh Das and others. The court was told that the Commission had published an advertisement on May 30 last year for the reinstatement of teachers of various subjects. There were 8,395 posts of Computer Science teacher. Notification was issued for the first time on August 28 for verification. STET result was released on October 3, 2023. The second notification came out on 10 November. But despite the seats remaining vacant, the applicants were not selected. He said that time was given to upload the documents from October 18 to 30, 2023. Due to this, genuine candidates, whose qualification was completed before 22 July 2023, could not be selected.

Hearing on appointment of physics teachers took place
Patna High Court heard the matter of appointment of physics teachers in higher secondary schools. The court ordered the government to file its reply within two weeks. A single bench of Justice Anjani Kumar Sharan heard the application filed on behalf of Murari Kumar Gupta. In this, a demand was made to the court to allow the applicants to appear in STET. Also demanded to give relaxation in age limit to the applicants. Now the hearing will take place after four weeks.

Result of special teacher recruitment released:
Bihar Board declared the result of Teacher Competency Test conducted for regularizing the employed teachers yesterday, Friday. About 93 percent teachers have been successful in the Bihar Competency Test.
