Chaudhary Charan Singh University’s UG-PG annual back and odd semester examinations will be held tomorrow from December 30 in two shifts from 10 am to 1 pm and 2 to 5 pm. These exams will be more of an exam for Chaudhary Charan Singh University than for the students. The biggest challenge for the university, which is struggling with the shortcomings of the companies including filling the forms of two semesters simultaneously and more subjects than the prescribed paper code, flaws in the admit card and not downloading the admit card even after the form is verified, is the biggest challenge to conduct the examination properly tomorrow.
There are flaws in the numerical roll lists at the centres. The names of the students are not coming. However, on Thursday, Registrar Dhirendra Verma and Assistant Registrar Satyaprakash kept correcting the problems of the centers throughout the day. Papers of 1 lakh 84 thousand 923 students are to start in the university.
Four thousand forms are still not verified. There are 4010 examination forms in the university which could not be verified till Thursday evening. In such a situation, 4010 admit cards have not been downloaded yet. According to the university, there is a possibility that these forms have either been filled incorrectly or students have filled them twice. According to the university, 98 percent of the forms have been verified and the same percent of admit cards have been downloaded. According to the university, the problems of the students have been resolved.
If the district changes, download it again
According to Subhash, the company representative in the university campus, if the districts in the admit card of the students have changed, then all of them should download their admit cards again. There were complaints about students changing districts in some admit cards, but they have been corrected. The university has asked the colleges to inform the students after seeing the list from the website.
result sure to be stuck
Due to the flaws being faced by the company in filling the examination form, there are going to be massive problems in the result. Students will either have their absence recorded in the paper or the marksheet will not be released despite giving the paper. Students who have filled two semester forms together are not valid.
