FIR has been ordered against three teachers who joined the school fraudulently. In the examination conducted in the first phase of teacher appointment, someone else took the exam using his photo in the application, while someone else joined the school on the basis of his photo. All the newly appointed teachers were called to the Education Department Headquarters, whose contribution in the school was not approved by the computer. Fraud was caught in matching photos with the computer at the headquarters. Director of Secondary Education Kanhaiya Prasad on Tuesday sent a letter to the DEOs of the respective districts of Saharsa and Vaishali to file an FIR against these three candidates who were recommended by BPSC for the post of school teacher in the first phase.
Munna Paswan, son of Rajnandan Paswan, had contributed to the school on the post of teacher of classes 1 to 5 in general subjects in Vaishali. In Saharsa, Chandeshwari Yadav’s son Shravan Kumar and Haridev Yadav’s son Ajit Yadav had contributed to the school on the post of class 9 and 10 teachers. The contribution of these candidates was not accepted by the computer.
The photo of the candidate did not match with the photo in the application for acceptance of contribution of the candidate with District Program Officer (Estt.) Vaishali. In such a situation, the candidate tried to contribute on someone else’s certificate/application form. The Director of Secondary Education has asked the DEOs of both the districts to initiate legal action by registering an FIR against the candidate in the local police station on the basis of available documents and evidence.
