Bihar Public Service Commission has released the list of 49 candidates of the second phase teacher recruitment examination on whom life ban has been imposed. Due to letting someone else appear in the examination in their place, these candidates will never be able to appear in the examination. BPSC has released the roll number, name, father’s name and date of birth of these candidates. Apart from this, BPSC banned three others for five years. He had made factless and baseless allegations on social media regarding various competitive examinations for teacher appointment and published examination results. This tarnished the image of the Commission. This includes the names of Pinka Kumari, Siyaram Sharma and Rahul Kumar Gupta.

Error correction in supplementary result till January 1
Successful candidates of the supplementary examination for teacher appointment have been given the opportunity to make corrections in the erroneous or unreadable documents from December 30 to January 1, 2024. BPSC has issued information regarding this. Successful candidates from classes 1 to 5, 9 and 10 along with classes 11 and 12 are included. Candidates can make error correction through their login ID and password by visiting BPSC website. This last chance is being given by BPSC. No date will be given after this date.

Checking of thumb impressions of 2 lakh newly appointed teachers of BPSC TRE from mid January
In the first and second phase of BPSC, the thumb impressions of about two lakh newly appointed teachers will be checked. The investigation process will be started from mid-January. After cases of fraudulently obtaining appointment letters and joining schools were detected in some places, the Education Department has decided to re-examine all the teachers. Before this, vendors of Bihar Public Service Commission will install thumb impression machines at the district level. The effort to install the machine has also started. According to the information, this machine will in any case be installed by the first week of January.
