Bihar STET: Bihar Board will release the second dummy admit card of STET exam 2024 today on January 4, 2024. Candidates will be able to download them by visiting bsebstet2024.com. In case of any error in the dummy admit card, applicants will be able to make corrections using their user ID and password till January 7. No opportunity for correction of any kind of error will be given after January 7. Applications for STET (Special School Teacher Eligibility Test – BSSTET) can be made till 7 January 2024. Earlier the last date of application was 2 January 2024. Interested candidates who have not applied yet can apply by visiting the official website bsebstet2024.com.

Applicants whose category changes during correction in the dummy admit card will have to pay the fixed fee for the changed category, i.e. if SC, ST, Divyang category applicants move to another category after category correction, then they will have to pay the fee for that category. The difference amount of fixed fees for one paper and Rs 300 for both the papers will have to be deposited through online method. Otherwise the admit card will not be issued.

STET exam pattern
Bihar STET exam will be conducted for subjects falling under Paper-1 (Secondary) as per the syllabus prescribed for secondary classes and for subjects falling under Paper-2 (Higher Secondary) as per the syllabus prescribed for Higher Secondary classes. In Paper-1 and Paper-2, 100 questions will be from the specified subject and 50 marks will be from teacher art and other competencies. That means there will be a total of 150 questions. The duration of the examination to be conducted in CBT mode will be of two and a half hours.

Backward Class – 45.5 percent
Extremely Backward Class – 42.5 percent
SC, ST – 40 percent
Disabled – 40 percent
Women – 40 percent

All the candidates who pass Paper-1 and Paper-2 will be issued STET pass certificate whose validity will be lifetime.
