Know about the exam pattern
Delhi Judicial Service Examination 2023 will be conducted in three phases. The first stage is preliminary examination, second stage is main examination and third stage is oral examination. The candidates who are successful in these three stages will be shortlisted.
As per the official notification, the preliminary exam will be an objective exam. Which will be conducted for 200 marks. The Delhi Judicial Services Examination exam syllabus includes General Legal Knowledge, English, Constitution of India, Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and Indian Penal Code etc. The time of this examination will be of two and a half hours. Let us tell you, there will be 0.25 percent negative marking for each wrong answer in the written examination. As per the official notification, the marks for oral examination are 150. The exam will be conducted on December 17, 2023.
