CUET UG FAQ 2024: The registration process for the National Testing Agency (NTA) Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate or CUET UG 2024 is underway. The last date to fill the form is 26 March 2024. Those who have not applied yet can fill the form by visiting the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in.

Question-How many subjects will there be in CUET UG exam?

Answer- There will be 61 subjects in CUET UG exam. These include 33 languages, 27 domain-specific and 01 general tests.

Question: How many subjects can be selected this time?

Answer- Whereas earlier students could choose 10 subjects for CUET UG, now the number of 10 subjects has been reduced to 6. Let us tell you, candidates can select subjects in (Indian and foreign) languages.

Question- In which medium will CUET UG exam be conducted?

Answer- The examination will be conducted in 13 languages ​​– Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Oriya, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

Question-What will be the form of CUET UG exam?

Answer- From this year onwards CUET UG exam will be conducted in hybrid mode (Pen and Paper + CBT). This is going to be the first time that the examination will be conducted in hybrid mode. This information has been given by Subodh Kumar Singh, Director General of National Testing Agency. He said, for subjects with high number of registrations in the CUET UG application form this year, the examination will be conducted in pen and paper mode using Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) format, and for other subjects, the examination will be conducted in computer based mode. Will be done. After the completion of the registration process, NTA will decide which examinations will be conducted in pen and paper mode.

Question- Know what will be the shift and pattern of the exam?

Answer– NTA says that the shift of the exam will be decided based on the number of candidates. After which it will be decided whether the examination will be conducted in two shifts or more than two shifts. PwBD candidates will also be given additional time of 20 minutes for each hour of examination. Objective type multiple choice questions will be asked in the examination.

Question- Will CUET UG exam be conducted from 15th to 31st May?

Answer- National Testing Agency (NTA) has given the tentative dates of the examination from 15th to 31st May, but due to the Lok Sabha elections, these dates can be changed. This information has been given by UGC Chairman Jagdish Kumar. He has said, “The schedule of Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG may be changed depending on the dates of Lok Sabha elections.”
