Bihar Police Constable Recruitment Exam was scheduled to be conducted in October, but due to paper leak the exam was postponed. Since then, the Central Selection Board (CSBC) has not been able to announce the new date of the examination for three months after the cancellation of the examination. Lakhs of candidates are demanding to release the new date of its examination. Let us tell you that more than 21000 constables will be recruited through this recruitment process. Let us tell you that the written examination for the recruitment of 21391 constables in Bihar Police was scheduled to be held on 1 October, 7 and 15 October 2023. Due to the leaking of the paper of the October 1 exam, the Central Selection Board had announced the cancellation of the exam on October 2 and postponement of the upcoming exam.

The final merit list for selection will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in running, high jump and shot put in physical efficiency test. The marks of written examination will not be included in the final merit list. The written examination will be qualifying only. Only the candidates who qualify in this will be able to enter the next stage of Physical Test (Physical Efficiency Test).

Let us tell you that along with this, the admit cards for the examination for recruitment to 64 posts of Sub Inspector in Prohibition, Excise and Registration Department and Police Sub Inspector in Surveillance Department of the state government of Bihar Police Under Service Commission (BPSSC) are now available. Candidates must report to the examination center by 9.30 am.
