Bihar Public Service Commission has released the supplementary result of the second phase of teacher appointment on Thursday. The Commission has released the results for the schools under the Backward Class and Most Backward Class Welfare Department. 739 have got success. The Commission has declared the result for four posts of Principal. Whereas in middle schools, the results of Social Science, Mathematics and Science and Hindi and English subjects have been released. 78 have been selected in Social Science, 77 in Mathematics and Science combined and 79 in Hindi and English. Whereas in secondary (9th to 10th) the results of 234 subjects in eight subjects and in 13 subjects in higher secondary have been released.

This department had sent a letter to the Commission requesting to release the supplementary result. After the results released earlier, teachers selected in many classes were absent in the counselling. Supplementary result has been released to fill these seats. This time the Commission had conducted the examination for three departments. Commission Secretary Ravi Bhushan said that the results of middle, secondary and higher secondary schools including that of the Principal have been released.

If there is any objection on the result, it can be lodged through online mode between 5th February to 15th February. This notice is not applicable for vacancies of other departments like Education Department, SC ST Welfare Department.

70 thousand Bihar teacher recruitment advertisement this month
The Education Department of Bihar has started preparing for the third phase of teacher appointment. Advertisement regarding this can be issued by Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) in February itself. The department will soon send a requisition in this regard to BPSC through the General Administration Department. Advertisement is expected to be issued for about 70 thousand posts in the third phase. 20 to 25 thousand teachers already employed in BPSC Bihar teacher recruitment for both the phases have also been appointed after selection by the Commission. These posts will also be added in the third phase. Before this, these planned posts will be created as regular posts.
