Selected candidates of the second phase of BPSC teacher appointment have been given the last chance to contribute to the school till March 10. The department has given this instruction on Tuesday. Earlier orders were given to contribute to the school by 29th February. Till now, more than 20 percent teachers in the state including the district have not contributed to the school.

In Muzaffarpur district, 3039 were given appointment letters. Of these, only about 2863 teachers have contributed so far. Bihar Public Service Commission had issued school posting letters to the candidates after counseling and appointment in the districts on the basis of the second phase teacher appointment examination. The last date for contribution to the school was fixed as 29th February. Review at the departmental level revealed that still 300 to 800 teachers in different districts have not contributed. On this, the director directed to fix March 10 as the last date for contribution in the school. Contributions will not be accepted after this date.

613 verification done in thumb impression:
The target was to check the thumb impressions of 665 teachers in the last three days for the second phase of teacher recruitment in Muzaffarpur district. Out of these, 613 have been verified so far. The investigating personnel said that leave applications of two teachers have been received. About a dozen have not been matched. No information could be found about others.
