Bihar Teacher Recruitment: BPSC TRE selected teachers Training from tomorrow schools open during Diwali to Chhath holidays

In Bihar, training of newly appointed teachers from BPSC will run from 13 to 18 November. Before this, an affidavit will be made from all the teachers that their appointment has been made through the examination of Bihar Public Service Commission. Apart from this, provisional appointment letters and complete counseling report will also be taken from the teachers. To ensure that teachers do not face any problems, Patna District Magistrate has given orders to keep schools open during the holidays from Diwali to Chhath. During the training, teachers will be given information about all the activities going on in the school. This includes lesson commentary, lesson planning, class conduct, all types of scholarships, account maintenance, mid-day meal scheme etc. For this reason, all BDOs, COs, BWOs, Revenue Officers etc. will be included in the training.

The further process will take place only after getting the affidavit filled by the newly appointed teachers for training in two sessions. The training will run in two sessions. The first is from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and the second is from 1.30 pm to 4 pm. During this period, all the newly appointed teachers of the district will be given information about various schemes. The training program will be conducted under the leadership of all Block Education Officers.

New teachers should not be part of any union
The Education Department has said that the teachers selected from BPSC have not even started teaching in the class, nor has anyone taken even a single class, but the union has already been formed. The education department has taken this seriously. The department has given strict instructions that the teachers selected from BPSC should somehow become a part of the union. The department has declared any such association invalid.

Citing the rules, the Education Department has drawn the attention of newly appointed teachers from BPSC to clause 7 of the Code of Conduct of Section 17 of Bihar School Teacher Rules 2023. Under this code of conduct, Bihar Government Servants Code of Conduct 1976 applies to all school teachers. It is clear that government servants will not form organizations nor agitate or demonstrate.
