Today, March 1, is the last date to submit application and fees for Bihar STET. You won’t get a chance after this. Bihar Board has not yet released the date of Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2024. According to the calendar of Bihar Board, STET exam is to be held in the month of March. In such a situation, the date and admit card of this examination may be released very soon. Applicants will be able to download the admit card by visiting the website bsebstet2024.com. Bihar Board has asked all the candidates of STET 2024 to compulsorily check the photo and signature in their application form whether they are correct and clear or not. If it is not correct and clear, login again and upload the photo and signature again in the correct format. Otherwise, if you do not do this, your admit card will be issued wrongly and you may face problems during the examination. This will be the last opportunity for amendment, after this no request for amendment will be considered.

Application fee :
– Male and female candidates belonging to General/Economically Weaker General Category/Backward Class/Extremely Backward Class will have to pay the application fee as follows.
– Only for Paper-1 or Paper-2 – Rs 960.
For both Paper-1 and Paper-2 – Rs 1440.

Male and female candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe and Disabled category will have to pay the fee as follows.
– Only for Paper-1 or Paper-2 – Rs 760.
For both Paper-1 and Paper-2 – Rs 1140.

STET exam pattern
Bihar STET exam will be conducted for subjects falling under Paper-1 (Secondary) as per the syllabus prescribed for secondary classes and for subjects falling under Paper-2 (Higher Secondary) as per the syllabus prescribed for Higher Secondary classes. In Paper-1 and Paper-2, 100 questions will be from the specified subject and 50 marks will be from teacher art and other competencies. That means there will be a total of 150 questions. The duration of the examination to be conducted in CBT mode will be of two and a half hours.

Backward Class – 45.5 percent
Extremely Backward Class – 42.5 percent
SC, ST – 40 percent
Disabled – 40 percent
Women – 40 percent

All the candidates who pass Paper-1 and Paper-2 will be issued STET pass certificate whose validity will be lifetime.
