BSEB Bihar Shikshak Niyukti: The results of the competency examination held from 26 February to 6 March 2024 for appointment of teachers in secondary schools will be released soon by Bihar Board. Bihar Board Chairman Anand Kishore, while releasing the intermediate results on March 23, had said that the results of the competency test conducted for recruitment to the posts of special teachers in the state will be released in the first week of April 2024. That means, the result of Bihar Teacher Competency Test (Sakshamta Pariksha 2024) will be declared next week.

The answer key of Bihar Board Aptitude Test was released on 29 March. Candidates participating in the Teacher Competency Test were given time till March 24, 2024 to lodge their objections. Bihar Board Aptitude Test Result will be released on bsebsakshamta.com. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks of the candidates appearing in the result. There will be a counseling process for district allotment to the candidates appearing in the merit list. Teachers who get better marks will be allotted the district of their choice. Those who get less marks will be randomly allotted district and school. Like what has been done by BPSC in the teacher appointment examination. The option of three districts has been taken from the employed teachers. However, teachers organizations are continuously opposing this.

Teachers who fail in the competency test will be out:
Let us tell you that Bihar Board had clarified that this special initiative has been taken to make permanent the candidates working as employed teachers in Bihar Board schools. But the candidates who are not successful in the competency test will not be allowed to continue working further on the post of employed teacher.
