BSEB Bihar Sakshamta Pariksha: The date of application for Sakshamta Examination 2024 (First) to be conducted by Bihar School Examination Committee has been extended. The committee has said that those teacher candidates who have completed two years of teacher training after passing matriculation should appear in the examination. Well trained candidates will have to fill the online application form along with fee for the competency test by 22nd February. The committee has said that only those candidates on whose behalf the application for the said examination has been filled but the fee has not been deposited, can deposit the fee till 22nd February.

Admit card has to be submitted in one page
According to the Education Department, teachers applying for the competency test have to get a copy of their admit card printed in a single page and submit it to the establishment branch. Since the admit card is printed on two pages, the part bearing the signature of the examination authority goes on the second page. In such a situation it may also be rejected. Those teachers who have submitted a copy of their admit card printed on two pages in the office, have been asked to give the admit card printed on a single page again.

Five thousand applications verified
Teachers from the district have filled 5870 applications for the competency test. So far, about 4900 applications have been verified, while two applications have been rejected. The distribution of admit cards for the examination will start in the establishment office from 22nd February. -Devnarayan Pandit, DPO (Establishment)

The competency test for employed teachers will start from 26th February. About five thousand employed teachers will appear in this examination from Bhagalpur. According to the information, a total of 11 examination centers are likely to be set up for the competency test in the state. Teachers will start getting the admit cards for the examination from February 22 from the establishment branch of the District Education Officer’s office located at Khirnighat. According to the data of the District Education Department, a total of 5870 employed teachers in the district have applied online for the competency test. Out of these, 4900 applications have been verified at the level of District Program Officer (Establishment). Whereas about one thousand applications are yet to be verified, which are likely to be verified by Wednesday. Two applications have been rejected for different reasons. It is noteworthy that around nine thousand employed teachers are posted in different schools across the district.
