This time, more than 16 lakh 64 thousand students from a total of 9276 schools appeared in the matriculation examination. The number of schools in districts like Patna, Bhagalpur, Muzaffarpur, Gaya, Gopalganj, Rohtas, Madhubani, Saharsa, Madhepura, Siwan, East Champaran etc. giving 100% results is more. If board sources are to be believed, this time the number of schools giving 100% results has increased by 25%. In most of the schools, there are students scoring 50 to 70 marks, while up to 30 percent students have also got third position.
