Your resume plays an important role in getting any job. If you take the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to write your resume, you are reducing your chances of getting the job.

According to new research from Resume Genius, AI-generated resumes are becoming a red flag for hiring managers. Let us tell you, Resume Genius has surveyed 625 recruited hiring managers in America. Through which it was known that due to which they keep the resume of any candidate in the category of ‘red flag’. Let us know about this in detail.

The survey revealed that more than half (53%) of hiring managers say they receive AI-generated resumes. These look artificial and false. Michelle Reisdorf, a director of a recruitment firm, said, while preparing any resume, it is very important that whenever someone looks at your resume, the information given in the skills and experience should be true. If you use AI to write your resume in minutes and completely trust the resume it creates, it shows that you are not serious about your job.

Reisdorf added that he’s not strictly against the use of AI, adding that he still encourages job seekers to use AI to review and edit their resumes, but you should write a draft first.

He further says, “AI is great for proofreading what you have already written, but it does not guarantee to create a perfect resume, you can take some help from them, but do not trust them blindly.” Can do. In such a situation, any candidate should work hard while making his/her resume, after all it is a question of your job.

Along with this, let us tell you that hiring managers also keep those resumes in the ‘red flag’ category, which have poor formatting, in which they check many details including layout, font, spelling. Reisdorf says clean, simple resumes are the most effective because they are easy for anyone to read and understand.
